What’s Covered
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturer defects
- Internal component faults
- Battery or charging issues (not caused by misuse)
- Volume/program button malfunctions
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by water, moisture, or sweat
- Accidental damage, drops, or breakage
- Issues due to unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Wear and tear (ear domes, tubes, wax guards, etc.)
- Loss or theft
How to Request a Warranty Service
If your device isn’t working as expected and you believe it qualifies for a warranty repair or replacement:
- 1. Contact us at support@eartoyou.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue and a photos or videos (if possible)
- 2. Our team will assess the issue and guide you through the next steps, including return instructions if necessary.
- 3. Once we receive your item, we’ll repair or replace it and return it to you.
