All orders placed before 12:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a Royal Mail tracking number and a link to track your order.

Most orders arrive the next business day via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (subject to Royal Mail service performance).

You can also check the latest status of your shipment by visiting our order tracking page at any time.

For some shipments, it may take 12–24 hours for tracking information to update. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and tracking has not updated, please email us at support@eartoyou.co.uk.

Shipping times are calculated using business days. Delays may be caused by force majeure, natural disasters, inclement weather, public holidays, and factors outside our control.

If your order does not arrive in a timely manner or is held up in the carrier’s possession, please email us at support@eartoyou.co.uk.

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realise you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly reach out to our customer support as soon as possible.


Changes on Orders

We cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit.
If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at support@eartoyou.co.uk, as our order system is automated.
