EarToYou – Return & Refund Policy

At EarToYou, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priority. We know that hearing aids can take time to adjust to and may not be the perfect fit for everyone. If you feel that your hearing device is not right for you, we offer a 30-day risk-free return policy from the date of delivery.


30-Day Risk-Free Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to try your EartoYou hearing aids. If you decide they are not suitable, please follow the steps below to register your return:

  1. Contact us first
    Email our support team at support@eartoyou.co.uk with your return request.
    Please include:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photo or video evidence (if applicable)
  2. Wait for approval & instructions
    Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide the full return instructions and the correct return address.
    Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  3. Return the product
    Send the item to the address provided and share the tracking details with us.
    Please note: EarToYou is not responsible for lost or untracked parcels.

Non-EartoYou items received at our facility will be safely discarded.


Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The hearing aids must be clean, undamaged, and in good working condition
  • All original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • For hygiene reasons, used consumables (ear domes, ear tips, wax guards) cannot be returned unless they are defective

We understand hearing aids require an adjustment period. We therefore encourage customers to try them for at least two weeks before deciding to return them.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is proven defective.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable postal service.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Email us with:
    • Your order number
    • Photo/video of the fault
    • Description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund.
In most cases, you do not need to return the faulty item.


Customer Remorse or Exchanges

If you simply change your mind or wish to exchange your item:

  • Notify us within 30 days of delivery
  • You will be responsible for:
    • Return shipping costs
    • Placing a new order for any replacement item

Our team will guide you through the exchange process.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you if your refund has been approved
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Bank or card processing times may vary

If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received your funds, please contact us at support@eartoyou.com


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Before opening a chargeback or dispute, please contact us directly.
Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team, and disputes often create unnecessary delays and complications.
